百特多用途強力膠水50毫升-原裝PATTEX All Purpose Contact Adhesive 50ml - Yellow

一款高品質、溶劑型（不含甲苯）的合成橡膠強力膠水，可黏合多種常見材料。使用方便，具有較長的開放時間（Tack Time），黏接力強。

適用範圍：

適用於黏合美耐板（Formica）、橡膠、軟木、皮革、玻璃纖維、聚氨酯泡棉（PU Foam）、EVA 與木材，以及金屬與混凝土等材料。亦適用於地毯修補工程。

使用步驟：

1. 黏合表面必須保持清潔、乾燥，且無灰塵、油脂、機油或水分。

2. 使用尖銳工具刺穿膠管封口，並安裝噴嘴。

3. 將強力膠水均勻塗佈於兩個待黏合表面.，待溶劑揮發至膠膜呈現「黏手但不沾手」（Tacky）狀態（約 10 至 20 分鐘），將兩個表面貼合後施加均勻壓力，使黏接更加穩固。緊密壓合並持續施壓維持60分鐘後可完全黏合。

4. 使用後請立即關緊瓶蓋，並存放於陰涼乾燥處。

A premium quality solvent-based (toluene free) synthetic rubber adhesive formulation to bond to a variety of common materials. It's easy to use with long tack time and offers superior boding strength.

 

Application areas:

Ideal for bonding Formica, rubber, cork, leather, fiberglass, polyurethane foam, EVA to wood, metal to concrete. It is also suitable for carpet repair applications.

Step by step:

1. Surfaces must be clean, dry and fee of dirt, grease, oil or water. 

2. Puncture the top of the tube with a sharp tool and install nozzle.

3. Apply the adhesive to both surfaces to give a uniform coating. Allow the solvent to evaporate until the adhesive film is "tacky" (between 10-20 minutes). Apply even pressure to consolidate the bond. Press firmly together and apply pressure. ​ Full bonding strength after 60 minutes.

4. Close the cap after use and store in a cool, dry place.
